Also, it is essential to stay protected from ultra violet rays of the sun. So, always use sunscreen products with appropriate SPF so as to keep the skin and hair away from the harmful glares of the sun.

In addition to the general processes of cleansing, toning, conditioning and moisturizing the three different types of skin and hair, you can also use the products available in the market that are specifically designed for addressing particular skin and hair problems. For example, those who want to firm up their skin can use skin body firming lotions, those who want to add more black color in their hair can use shampoos that promise to blacken the hair. For people who have skin that is prone to acne, there is a huge range of anti-acne products available in the market.

Apart from chemical based cosmetic products designed for skin and hair care, there is a huge plethora of herbal skin and hair products available in the market. It has been rightly said that nature is the best healer, and in this context, the herbal products give excellent effects to the skin and hair in the long run. Some people do not prefer to use herbal products because they are slow in action, but with continuous use of these products, the person may have skin and hair of the type as excellent as possible.
