When you have successfully
completed the order form and entered your details, you will then be asked
to click the “Make Payment” button.
When your details have been processed you will receive a “Thank
you for your order” confirmation on your screen. The on-screen confirmation
will display a unique 9 digit order confirmation identification number.
You must quote this to us in the event of any queries.
You will also receive two emails:
1. A confirmation email from email from WorldPay confirming your transaction.
WorldPay are a part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and handle all
online transaction on our behalf.
2. A second email will be sent to you from
Natural Elements also confirming your order.
Please note: Any emails that are sent are automated and any replies to
