As standard all items ordered from www.NaturalElements.co.uk qualify for free shipping.

All items within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and all BFPO addresses ) are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard. Such orders can be tracked during transit and will be required to be signed for upon delivery.

Non-UK items are sent via standard International Air Mail as standard.

Import Duty

All items at present are dispatched from the UK. You may or may not be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Such charges will be dependant upon the value of the package and where it is being delivered to. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and not NaturalElements.co.uk

Next Day Delivery - UK Only

We offer an express delivery service for those within the UK who wish to receive their order much sooner. Such items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Such items are guaranteed to be delivered by 1PM the next working day. If items are posted on a Friday, the goods will not be guaranteed delivery until the following Monday.

There is a fixed fee of £8.97 for all orders that have requested this service

Please Note: Next Day Delivery is from the day of dispatch and not from the day of order. You should refer to your email order confirmation for estimated dispatch dates. Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of an order being received.

International Sign - Non-UK Only

For non-UK orders it is suggested that International Sign is taken advantage of. This allows non-UK orders to be tracked during transit and such orders will be required to be signed for upon delivery.
