This page will explain what to do if you have
received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
If the item was damaged
in transit:
If you take delivery
of a Natural Elements package and
the contents have been damaged in transit, you must inform us within 5 working
days of your order being received. We will then arrange for replacement
item(s) to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If the item is defective:
Please inform us
within 5 working days, of your order being received, if there is a fault
with any item(s) that you have received.We will then arrange for replacement
item(s) to be sent to you as soon as possible.
If we sent you an "incorrect"
item:
As soon as you
find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please contact us straight away.
We will instruct you on what to do with the incorrect item(s) and ensure
that the correct item(s) are sent to you as soon as possible
