If you've accidentally placed an order or just changed
your mind, don't worry. You can cancel any order.
However, you do
need to be quick as many orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
To cancel an order simply contact Customer Support quoting your unique
9-digit order identification number. This number was sent to you via email
to confirm your order.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched then you must returns
the items unused and only then will a refund be provided. Please see How
to Return an Item.
Should any item(s) be used once a cancellation request has been made,
we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
