their brushes often enough. A worn out toothbrush can

bristles are completely worn out, make a note to change

can red wine. So cutting down your intake on both drinks

turns them yellow over time. The only way you can stop
these stains from forming is if you constantly have
your teeth professionally whitened, or if you stop smoking

your body healthy too, especially your lungs!
Overall, the best way to keep your teeth shiny and white
is to do it naturally. Not all home whitening kits work
anyway so you could potentially waste a lot of money.
