| Some Facts About Deodorant
And Sweat |
| by Louise Forrest |
| |
In an
image conscious world you may be applying an application
of deodorant to you body each morning, in order to make
sure that you smell well during the day. But are you
aware that the are far more active in warm
conditions. So if you find that your deodorant is no
longer working than you know why.
Now the number of is very high and
this is an area that can become very moist very clearly.
If you are not a person that sweats heavily then you
are fortunate in that you can avoid the man made chemical
based deodorants that are available on the market.
One thing that you could help with your body odour is
the foods that you eat. If you are eating a lot of junk
food for instance then any sweat that you release is
likely to release the smell of the foods that you are
eating. If however you have a diet that is natural and
contains a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables then you
are hardly likely to smell as badly.
If you do sweat a great deal then what you need is an
anti-perspirant that will help to control the amount
of sweat that is produced by the body. An active ingredient
in such products is aluminium but you should avoid applying
too much anti-perspirants spray to your arms and try
to .
What such sprays do is that they actually reduce the
size of the sweat glands that are under arms which in
turns makes you sweat release. But you need to release
that you need to sweat and this is a toxin that needs
to be expelled from the body. Leaving in the body will
not be doing you any favours.
There are some suggestions that using aluminium based
products to the skin is not very safe and this should
be avoided. As much as possible you should use a natural
way to keep yourself from smelling badly and there are
some good mineral deodorants that are available.
Of the worlds population around 2.5 percent is infected
by excess sweating. Producing too much sweat is known
as hyperhidrosis which tends to affect people in the
age of 25 – 64. And because the person is sweating
so much the condition can often lead to embarrassing
moments for the sufferer.
Now the too much can have its problems such
as those relating to occupation and even social activities.
Being nervous can also cause a person to sweat a great
deal which make the person suffer even more and also
in times of embarrassment.
There is however a medication that you can take and
your doctor will be able to advise you on this. There
are also creams that you can apply but ideally you need
to avoid chemical based products as these can have long
term effects on your body. |
