Here Is A Natural Deodorant
by Louise Forrest

You are more than likely to be unaware of this but you can make your own deodorant and best of all it will be perfectly natural. This will help you in a number of ways as it will be much kinder to the environment, by a lot of cheaper and you will be fully aware of the ingredients that you are applying to your body.

Anything that is naturally derived is much better for you compared to products that are packed with chemicals that are readily available on the high street. They help you to control the sweat that your body produces more naturally and help you to fight off any body odour that may occur.

There are actually quite a number of ways that you can make your own natural deodorant and some them are very simple to make on a regular basis. But the best way to make yourself smell better is to begin with what you actually eat.

Excessive eating of junk food can make you smell bad and if you are a meat lover then again your body needs to be able to remove the toxins that are contained within the meat. This is generally done via sweating and too much meat will mean too much of a bad smell. So easy on the amount of meat that you consume. You may also want to eat natural yogurt as this is known for changing the bacteria within the body. Yogurt also helps the digestion process of meat too.

Now simple deodorants are no more than body sprays that mask your body odour and do nothing at all with regards to the actual levels of sweat that your body produces nor do they help to control it.

As well as eating too much meat that can cause problems, excessive drinking can also cause problems also. So take a good look at what you are eating and drinking also. As too much of the bad things will not help with your body odour.

Here are some ideas for a natural underarm deodorant:

Witch Hazel – use a splash for the underarms
Borax with White Willow Bark – used as a wash for strong smelling sweat
Chaparral – use as a natural deodorant
Orange and Lemon Peel – blended as a powder these make a great fruity deodorant
Lavender Body Powder – a great smell for every body type
Violet Body Powder – a very light and pleasant scent and is suited mainly for women.

As you can see that it is actually very easy to use natural ingredients as a form of deodorant and there in nothing man made about these ingredients so you can be assured that they safe for you to use. Natural deodorants work very well and probably even better than the products that are available in the high street. So stop waiting and see the difference in using alternatives forms of deodorant.
