Skin, a wonderful
wonder, wraps up all the things in it. Whether we think
of plants, small bushes, long trees, animals, water animals
or any other creature, we all have it. That’s the
Skin. The reptiles too have it, but they have the facility
to change their skins once in while! Wish we all may have
this facility!!
The body comprises different organs, the blood vessels,
the muscles, the flesh and other miniature or outsized
parts. All the parts have been proofed by wrapping to
conceal them and it is known as SKIN. It has its own distinctiveness,
made up of infinitesimal size of cells combined together,
may be known as nano cells. The skin tolerates the first
assault done by any cause by anyone.
Suppose an ant bites skin reacts instantaneously. You
make out that particular spot to eradicate the ant. That
reddishness grows and itching may start. Start scuffing
the area. Within few minutes, that reddishness disappears.
How? The reason is straightforward that skin has given
the signal to the blood stream and by getting in touch
with white blood cells; the care is being taken by the
immune system.
Same is the case with small cuts, bruises and minor burns.
The immune system IMMEDIATELY takes charge and after a
short while, it returns to same tone of the skin. If the
cut is a little deeper, a scar may mark that area. Skin
is itself a shield to protect. If the cut is very deep,
the surgeon will put stitches to heal the wound. Rest,
nature takes care of itself.
The skin and the blood vessels are signs of irregularity
too. If the abrasion could not cure itself, or the blood
does not coalesce rapidly, check out for the signs of
diabetes. Diabetic people usually are advised to avoid
any type of injury or cut. If the patches are still on
the skin, consult your physician for the treatment of
any other skin ailment. If, still, the body is indicating
any wrong signal, take out the preventative measures for
the same.
Like the other parts of the body, is imperative. Take baths regularly. If the weather
is cold, try to avoid hot water for bath. Take tepid water
for shower. Spend some time in bath. Do not be in hurry
to just step out after washing with soap. Let the skin just
soak up the water.( And, if washing with too hot water,
the pores of the skin get closed to prevent burning). Bathing
with too cold water again lock the pores of the skin. Maintain
a level of water temperature that the skin can withstand.
Use mild soaps with the content of good moisturizers. Check
out for the harshness of the soap to avoid the damage of
the skin. The finest substitute is to use . It is mild in nature to eradicate dirt with a
good quantity of .
Don’t wipe the body straight away after the bath.
Take an weekly or fortnightly. To do the same, with oil and leave it for half an hour. Then
take a shower in tub. Sponge down the body using gentle
soap or soft .
After the bath, you will feel more energetic and vigorous.
The skin will absorb the oil when massaged through its pores.
It rinses out itself and preserves the right intensity of
oil in the body.
If any color of patches, may be white, grey or whatever
color, appears on the skin regularly, consult your general
practitioner. Do not ignore them. Take good care of your
skin. Feel healthy as well as stay fit. |
