Care Tips For Beautiful Skin |
| by Louise Forrest |

Skin
care is not a once in a while process if you intend
to keep your skin looking healthy and beautiful. Skin
care requires beauty products everyday as a part of
your natural routine. Some women have a routine with
different creams and skin care products throughout the
day to help reduce ageing affects such as wrinkles around
the eyes, mouth, and other areas. Skin care is not just
about reducing acne, oily skin, or treating skin diseases.
Skin care is about beauty. Each of us want to be beautiful
especially for our loved ones. There are many products
available, but what works? You need to know your skin
type, and you need to realize miracle products do not
exist. Beauty in essence of skin care relies on natural
ingredients to provide the nutrients your skin needs. |

Let us
first discuss manicures and pedicures. These are essential
at least once a month to providing healthy and therefore
beauty in our skin. Manicures exfoliate the skin, moisturize,
and remove the dead skin cells on our hands. They also
help reduce the unsightly calluses caused by working
with our hands. Part of beauty is in the hands.
The old saying “ you can tell a lady by her hands”
may not be entirely appropriate in today’s world,
but the implication of beauty certainly applies. Feet
by nature are usually viewed as ugly, and most hate
to expose their feet to others; however if you have
a pedicure the calluses from walking, the dry irritated
skin, and wrinkles can be enhanced to produce a nice
affect and you want mind wearing sandals anymore. |

Next
let us look at our body’s skin. Our arms, legs,
back, and other areas deserve attention to. There are
many organic skin care products that will enhance our
skin and bring the natural color out leaving behind
the dry elbows and knees. It also helps to take care
of your skin for wrinkles, stretch marks, and other
blemishes we consider unsightly.
Women who stand on the feet all day can have varicose
veins, which certainly distracts from beauty. Treating
your skin properly can help reduce these problems, for
one it helps strengthen the skin as well as brining
out its natural appearance of health. |

The face
is perhaps where we spend the most attention, not only
with cleansers, exfoliates, moisturizers, but with makeup.
Make up can damage our skin and thus our beauty so having
organic based makeup to reduce the detrimental affects
of chemicals can be one change you make in skin care.
The other is your process. You will want to have products
with natural ingredients that you use.
Often you will wash your face twice a day, exfoliate
once a week, and apply a moisturizer at least once a
day if not every time you wash your face. Add to these
products are anti wrinkle products, reducing dark circles,
and lip gloss to reduce dry lips. Keep in mind there
are no miracle products, it is the nutrients in the
products that can help reduce problems and produce beauty
in regards to the skin. |

Beauty
is in the eyes of the beholder. If you see dry, cracked,
or bleeding skin chances are you are going to think,
ick, but if the skin underneath all that were treated
properly it would produce a healthy and beautiful look.
Beauty takes time every day to accomplish by the use
of skin care products, the products we use in the bath,
and treatments we apply.
There are seaweed wraps, mud baths, and other spa treatments
that are natural and help produce healthy skin. Some
need a little less expense and can find products on
the shelf to give those same nutrients. |
