It is often suggested by the dermatologists to use a hairbrush that has metallic body liner that is efficient in reflecting the heat back to the hair thereby helps in the quickening of the drying process. The doctors also suggest that use of proper cosmetics and medications are necessary for a good skin.

To acquire a healthy hair, and a good skin, follow a healthy lifestyle, give up smoking habits, exercise regularly, relax and eat a balanced diet. A good night’s sleep is essentially necessary for having a healthy mound of hair. Wash your hair according to the need, daily and use a clean comb and brush to untangle your hair.
