Beware of the peanut allergies when trying to keep skin care a top priority
by Louise Forrest

There are many people today that want to keep their skin a high priority in their life. Certain moisturizers are used and acne protection is utilized but one aspect of skin care that often goes unnoticed deals with nutrition. The foods you eat and the drinks you digest can have an effect on your skin composure- good or bad.

What goes into a person’s body doesn’t just effect their skin but it affects all of their internal organs and it won’t matter what other steps you are taking for skin rejuvenation if your diet is lacking nourishment so will your skin be lacking nourishment. Sometimes even the littlest factors can play large roles within the body, such as allergies. If a person who is allergic to peanuts/ peanut oils and they are exposed even slightly then there is the risk of potential temporary skin problems.

Let’s take a closer look at the pros of an all around balanced diet and how it can work to a person’s advantage within the skin:

Any nutrients that positively affect the skin will also have positive results on other parts of the body. The skin isn’t the only bodily system that will benefit from a well- balanced diet; so will the digestive tract and internal organs.
The cells within the body, white and red, need nutrients to survive. Of course, the body creates some of its own cells but it won’t create enough for these cells to live. The body has to intake a good amount of vitamins and minerals in order to keep the cells healthy. This can be done either through food (recommended) or by a vitamin pill (which should supplement a diet).
Nutrients hit the skin on a deeper level then any other remedy. For instance, skin cream, the most used form of skin protection, can only get the surface layers of the skin. Sure, most creams will sink into the skin giving the impression that it is working all around they are only getting the very top skin cells, not those deep within the body. Nutrients attack the skin from the opposite angle, from the inside out. The best plan is to eat a balanced diet along with using some sort of skin cream on a regular basis.
Good nutrition helps the skin age better. Obviously good nutrition is good for the body but it actually helps people age better. If you have ever seen that person that seems to age ‘so great’ then you may want to examine their diet. The skin reacts much better to the aging process when a person eats a more balanced diet.

So, where does all around skin nourishment come from? The best of skin nourishment doesn’t come from only one source. Sure, the foods you eat can and will play a large role in your skin’s overall appeal but other factors such as the daily creams and moisturizers you use will have similar roles.

Like stated above, there are certain foods that can have reversed affects on the body. One such food is well known to be peanuts. There are many people that are at least mildly allergic to peanuts or the oil that they sit in, and most of them don’t even know it.

If the body has even the slightest allergic reaction to peanuts then the skin can have bad reactions. Peanuts can make the skin drier, leave pre-mature wrinkles and/ or leave behind mild rashes. If you’ve had problems with your skin and for the life of you couldn’t figure out what was causing it then you may want to evaluate your diet. How often do you eat peanuts? Even the slightest allergy to them can have these affects.

Be wary of the foods you take in, make sure you are not allergic to peanuts and hey, why it won’t provide extreme results, it is one of the best ways you can rejuvenate your skin easily and healthily.
