Many of you will read the product labels on food packaging to get an idea of what it is that you are actually reading. In some cases this can be confusing especially if the food contains a lot of additives.

But reading skin care product labels can be just as confusing and a lot of people just do not bother. If a product smells nice they will be it, but the smell has no relevance as to how effective that product will actually care for your skin
