Any skin
care routine needs to include a moisturizer. Now you
can buy a moisturizer from literally anywhere without
too much concern. But if you are looking for something
a lot more exotic and exciting that what the stores
can offer then try these exciting ideas for making your
own moisturizer.
One thing that you will need to bear in mind if making
your own products is that you will need to purchase
essential oils and these can be quite expensive, but
you can compare the prices on the Internet with ease.
Another thing that you may also want to do is to make
these for friends and family so you may want to buy
some small jars and you will then have a perfect organic
gift to pass along to others.
One of the best oils that you can use is Jojoba as this
absorbs very quickly and easily into the skin. Apply
a small amount to wet face before you dry it because
the oil will help to seal in that water making your
skin even softer and younger looking.
If you are in need of some anti-ageing care then you
may want to mix the following ingredients together. |
| |
| - |
shea
butter |
| - |
organic olive oil |
| - |
organic vitamin E oil |
| - |
royal jelly |
| - |
lavender essential oil |
|
| |
In a
blender mix all these ingredients until the mixture
is smooth and creamy and you can then store this in
an airtight container in the fridge. If you are going
to make this make only very small amounts and use within
a week.
For the ultimate moisturizer that is just very quick
and easy to make because it only consists of 2 ingredients.
Aloe vera and vegetable glycerin. Mix the two together
and you can apply this to the entire body. You need
to use this straight away once made because aloe vera
very quickly loses its effectiveness.
Another great moisturizer that you may want to make
has the following ingredients. |
| |
| - |
aloe
vera |
| - |
beeswax |
| - |
coconut
oil |
| - |
grape seed extract |
| - |
lavender essential oil |
| - |
olive oil |
| - |
vitamin E oil |
| - |
water |
|
| |
All that
you need to do is to combine the above ingredients and
put in a blender until it is very thick.
Then you can store in the fridge and apply as you need
as also to your entire body.
As you can see the ingredients used have been very simple
can be obtained with some ease but it shows that you
do not need to rely on the high street in order to look
good. |
