Give Your Skin An Exfoliation
by Louise Forrest

With the foods that you eat, within them are contained a number of exfoliates. But if such foods are canned or even preserved then over time they will lose their ability to provide any real benefit.

You can make your own fresh facial scrubs using some of the techniques that are detailed below. But if you are going to do this, then you need to make sure that the raw ingredients that you do buy are organic.

If you just buy everyday normal products then you will be adding chemicals to your skin and then that will not be very good.

If you have blemishes then a great tip is to take a sliced lemon. Take one side and apply to the affected areas of the skin, and then use the other side to help exfoliate the think areas of the skin such as the knees and elbows. Then just wash off.

Should you find yourself fighting with dry skin then the following mixture can be made and stored in a fridge for a maximum of ten days only. What is great about this is that is can be used on any area of the face or body. So all you need to do to help your dry skin is to blend the following ingredients together.

-
mango
-
water
-
vinegar
- honey
- cornmeal

On the other hand if you find that eczema is troubling you, then the following mixture will be ideal. But you need to be aware that if you have very sensitive skin then this is something that will not be suitable for you.

Also once you have made this mixture it is best if you use straight away. Storing it will not be of any real benefit to you.

To make the mixture you will need

-
lemon that is ideally organic
-
an papaya that is organic and has been mashed
-
an organic peach that is organic and has been mashed

In order to get the best from this mask you will need to prepare your face by applying a warm facecloth to your face for 1 minute, then remove the facecloth and then apply the mixture that you have created. Relax for 10 minutes or so and then wash off.

If you do not feel that you have the time to be blending ingredients together then that is not a problem. All you need to do is just grab your cereal bowl together with a cleanser, and you have a perfect exfoliating lotion. Massage gently using circular motions and then rinse your skin properly.
