Skin Care on a Budget |

Organic
skin care products are becoming increasingly popular.
Some of the products can be very expensive. The nice
thing about organic skin care products is that they
are all natural and don’t contain any preservatives
or anything that may be harmful to your skin. A lot
of organic skin care products contain aloe Vera. The
aloe plant contains a watery jelly that has many skin
care uses. Aloe Vera has been used for centuries. It
was originally used by the ancient Egyptians in 1500
B.C.E.
The aloe plant has many different nicknames. Some
people call it burn plant, others call it lily of
the desert or medicine plant. This true aloe has more
healing properties than any other plant. This plant
has it all! Everything this plant can offer all comes
from the gel that is inside leaves of the plant. Aloe
Vera contains natural antibacterial properties that
naturally help to heal cuts and burns. Aloe also contains
natural chemicals that work with your immune system
to help heal even faster.
With fresh Aloe Vera there is less scarring after
a cut and less blistering after a serious burn. This
organic skin care product can also help with irritation
and itching associated with burns and insect bites.
Through regular use you can improve the appearance
and elasticity of your skin. Another positive feature
is very few people are allergic to Aloe Vera.
Despite what many people say, store bought Aloe Vera
just doesn’t compare to the fresh kind. Of course
not all of us can easily go out and pick aloe leaves
to get at the gel. You always have to option to grow
a single plant in your home that way you will always
have fresh Aloe Vera in case you ever need it. The
gel doesn’t last for long after it has been
extracted so make sure you use it quickly. A lot of
the commercial growers use pesticides and herbicides
that diminish the plants natural healing ability.
Aloe Vera isn’t the only organic skin care
product. You can get organic products that exfoliate
the skin and help to remove blemishes. You can also
make some of these organic skin care products at home
with safe and healthy ingredients. Some are as simple
as just slicing a lemon (this can be used to remove
blackheads and other blemishes). Make sure you consult
a professional first as some people have incredibly
sensitive skin

| You can buy various organic
facial masks. It is also possible to make a facial mask.
A simple recipe would be: |
 |
1 organic lemon, peeled,
seeded, and mashed |
 |
3 ounces organic
cream cheese, softened |
|
| |
Now that’s
not very difficult. It is something you can make in
a matter of minutes that is completely natural and healthy
for your skin. Of course there are far more complex
ones. Just search the internet or ask a professional
about some other recipes. If you are looking to reduce
the size of your pores then try using a tomato. Simple
enough. There are, of course, many pore cleaners on
the market that can be considered organic.
Organic skin care can be really satisfying and if
you do it right very cost effective. There are plenty
of products for you to choose from. Remember that
just because it says organic on the package doesn’t
always mean it is. Look at the ingredients and see
for yourself before you throw the bottle in the shopping
cart. It is always a good idea to consult a professional
when considering any type of new and exotic organic
skin care product. You never know what your skin may
react negatively too.
Keep your birthday suit clean and healthy. It is
the only one you got so make sure it is healthy. Drink
lots of water, moisturize and make sure you wash regularly.
There are lots of deep scrubbers to make sure every
pore on your body is clean and clear.
