When
your feet are packed tight into a pair of shoes the
temperature can get very hot indeed. And your feet do
not produce any oils so that they can stay lubricated
in this intense heat.
One of the best forms of foot care is to opt for
a foot message. A massage will help to improve the
circulation and this in turn will help to remove the
build up of any unwanted toxins.
You can buy many creams for the feet but then again
you can always create your own. An example of one
is by adding some lavender oil to olive oil and some
jojoba and there you have a delightful and relaxing
foot oil that will do the trick.
Then just take the mixture that you have created
and massage into your feet and including the toes
and in between the toes also. Do not forget to include
the ankles and the heel too as these areas can often
acne the most.
Do not rush the massage and pay more attention to
the parts of the feet that are very dry and rough.
Take a towel and then wipe off any excess oils and
then shower.
As well as massaging your feet you also need to make
sure that you are applying moisture to your feet on
a regular basis. You may need a heavy moisturizer
if your feet are very dry and especially if the heel
is cracked.
Also, don’t forget your feet also accumulate
dead skin cells and these need to be removed with
a good foot scrub. Apply to your foot and massage
in to the areas that are very thick and this will
help to get rid of any excess dead skin cells.
If you are wearing shoes that are stylish but not
always comfortable then your feet will be pinched
and your toes will become squashed. If your feet are
like this all day and everyday then there is a very
chance that your feet will ache more and there could
be some complication later in life due to the shape
of the shoe that your feet have to fit in order for
you to look good.
Your shoes trap the energy whenever you walk or run
and this is the reason that the temperature inside
your shoes can become very intense. By going without
shoes and sometimes socks also you are allowing the
muscles of your feet to stay in the shape that they
are meant to be. Also, if you are able to walk barefoot
in home this alone will keep the muscles of feet nicely
toned. |
