Oily Skin |
| Exfoliating Oily Skin Correctly |
| by Louise Forrest
|
| |
Oily
skin has the temptation to make your skin look dull
in appearance. So in order to make your skin look a
more awake and fresh you need to consider using a good
exfoliating lotion in order to remove the excess build
up of dead skin cells.
What exfoliating does for your skin is that it allows
your skin to breathe as you have opened many closed
pores and this in turn will help to remove any excess
bacteria within the skin.
Below are some ways in which you can create your own
exfoliating products, but you should never over exfoliate
and take caution into how often you do perform a face
scrub.
Before you start you need to make sure that your face
is wet as this will stop the skin from being yanked
when you exfoliate
Now if you are going to exfoliate your face why not
actually do the whole body at the same time? After all
dead skin cells do not just develop on the face and
you will be giving your entire body a fresher outlook
So start with your feet and then work your way up your
body using gentle circular movements on your skin. Remember
to include the knees, back of the knees and also your
elbows.
Some other points that you need to also consider when
doing an exfoliation treatment |
