Oily Skin |
| What Effect Does Oily Skin Have On Acne? |
| by Louise Forrest |
| |
Simply
put, acne tends to affect people who have oily skin
compared to people who are lucky enough to have normal
skin. If you do have oily skin you will find that you
nose can be the oiliest part of your face followed by
the forehead.
And there is a logical reason for this and that is because
the nose has the largest pores compared to others areas
of the face.
Now there are a number of triggers that can influence
acne and one is the process of becoming an adult and
another is pregnancy. During these times the oil glands
can be very active indeed and the patient can develop
a complex about their appearance.
What you need to remember that you goal is not remove
all oil from your skin. This will have the opposite
effect. So you need to create a place for your skin
that can promote healing and help pores that are blocked
to become unblocked. With oily skin there are breakouts
which can lead to swelling of the skin. One of the easiest
things that you can do to help your skin is to wash
your face with cold water as this will actually tighten
the pores on your skin.
The first action step you need to take is to make sure
that your skin is clean and one of the best ways to
ensure this is to use honey to clean your skin.
And then you can do the following |
| |
| - |
use
a cold face cloth |
| - |
apply
honey to affected areas of the skin |
| - |
take
the cold cloth and apply to the skin |
| - |
place the cloth back
in the fridge |
| - |
add sugar to some honey,
mix, and massage into the skin |
| - |
rinse |
| - |
apply cold cloth to
the skin |
| - |
moisturize the skin
with an organic product |
