Oily Skin Vol2 |
| A Natural Oil For Tanning |
| by Louise Forrest |
| |
While
you may be taking care of your oily skin, in some cases
too much care, there are some good point to having oily
skin.
The main good point is when it comes to tanning because
when the sun is hot and you want to be outdoors you
can be sure that your oily skin will help you develop
a nice even tan, and this is something that people with
dry skin or normal skin just cannot do at all.
But just because you are more likely to get a nice even
tan this does not mean that you can be careless and
not where sun block or a form of sun lotion as there
are still the dangers of sun burn and even worse the
risk of skin cancer.
You should remember that any natural oils that your
skin produces are to act as a moisturizer and not as
a means that will prevent the rays of the sun from damaging
your skin.
But given that you are already a sufferer of oily skin
the last thing that you will feel like doing is adding
more lotion to your body in the form of a tanning lotion
or sun block. But there is a difference between these
two and that is a tanning lotion will not offer you
any kind of protection from UV rays.
But when you do apply a sun lotion make sure that it
has a SPF otherwise do not use it all.
If you really desire to be in the sun and to allow
your oily skin to give you an even all over tan then
the only real answer is to look at sunscreens that
can give you the tan that you want but also offer
you real protection from the sun.
As you have oily skin you will need to shop around for
a sunscreen that has been specially created for oily
skin types. |
