The biggest
concern with oily skin is that it does make your skin
very shinny and the oiliness can act as a glue therefore
attracting more bacteria to the skin.
Many people often think that because the skin is
greasy looking that they should wash the skin more
often. This is actually the worst thing that you can
do. The reason is that too much washing causing the
skin to be rid of any essential oils that it needs.
So what the skin has to do is to compensate by producing
more oil and so the skin does end up actually being
even more oilier than before.

and no more than that.

When you return to sleep the next evening, you skin

soaked by your pillow. So changing and making sure
that you have clean pillow cases is something very
simple that you can do.
