Eat Yourself Free Of Oily Skin
by Louise Forrest

Oily skin is nothing to laugh about and it can be annoying as well as causing a great deal of embarrassment for the sufferer. But doing some of the easiest things in the world can you make you get a brand new look.

One of these simple things is to change what is put into your mouth on a day to day basis.

It is quite likely that you have heard all the myths about how lots of sweets and junk food can affect the way that you look and that eating the wrong foods leads to acne. There is no link to this and whilst bad foods do not necessarily cause acne they can lead to the increased production of oily skin.

And with oily skin comes the issue of clogged pores which in turn have the potential of becoming spots and acne on the face and other areas of the body.

What you can do is therefore reduce the intake of foods that are bad for. Why not just take a moment and list on the fizzy drinks and processed foods that you actually do eat. Then after a week so what you have compiled in the list and you will be amazed just how much junk you are actually eating on a daily basis.

Can you remember the last time that you ate some fresh salad, or had some fruit or even cooked a meal from scratch? What do you have to drink? It is water or is it something like alcohol or is it a fizzy drink? It is the sugar such drinks that is causing damage to your skin.

And it is the high fats and salt levels in junk food that is causing damage to your skin also. You need to adapt or have skin that will not make you feel very confident about yourself.

Your diet needs to be well balanced and you need to cut all the levels of sugar and fat from your diet. As well as the difference a diet of fruit and vegetables will do for your appearance will also apply to how you feel.

You will have more energy and a poor diet is often associated with feeling tired all the time.

So make that change and you will see a new you before you will not be able to recognize the new you
