Essential Steps For Dry Ageing Hands
by Louise Forrest

Taking care of your hands begins with having the right ingredients and making sure you are eliminating toxins from your body by making sure that you have a good diet and drink plenty of water. You should also consider massaging your hands to ensure that you have good blood circulation as well as making sure that you using an organic based hand cream.

You can make some easy steps by what you consume within your diet. Make changes to your diet by eliminating certain junk foods and take note on how the difference makes you look and feel. Also take note in the difference in the appearance of your hands. You can pamper your hands right at home or you can go and visit a salon. The benefit of doing it yourself is the money that you will save but it will not be the same as the pampering that you will get by a visit to the salon.

If you really want your hands to look young then you really need to make sure that you are getting the best foods inside you and that you are drinking lots of water. These are the basic steps and will prove to be very effective in the short and long term.

If you want to consider performing a hand massage then you need a good hand cream that has been specially created for the hands only. This is because the skin on the hands tends to be a little thinner than other areas of the body, plus the hands work very hard on a day to day basis.

There are plenty of hand creams that are available but if you are having a diet that is rich in organic foods then you should also consider a hand cream that has been created with only organic ingredients. This way you will be confident that you are not being exposed to any harmful chemicals.

Here are some general tips on how to perform a hand massage:

Prepare a bowl of warm water to help soften the skin of your hands. It is important that you do not use water that is too hot as this will do nothing on than possibly cause your skin to burn and you will also strip the skin from any of its own essential oils.

Place your hands in the warm water making sure that the water is half way up your arms and just allow your hands to soak in the water and relax. You can start rubbing your hands straight away if you wish but this is not essential. Then just apply an oil or hand cream over your hands and in between your fingers and nails also.

Start to massage by using your thumb to rub against your arm and you will start to feel more relaxed. If you do not wish to use the thumb you can use fingertips, or if you prefer you can use both your thumb and fingertips to perform the massage.

You then just need to repeat this process on a regular basis to help ensure that you are giving your hands the essential treatment that they really deserve.
