| Do You Need To See Your Doctor? |
by Louise Forrest |
| |
As well
as dry skin making you look older than you are and the
constant itching that it may also cause, there are some
simple steps that you need to take that will make it
go away. But if it is really bad is worth seeing your
doctor about it?
It is not unusual for people to develop dry skin at
some point in their life and it is not always the face
that is affected. With the right products and taking
care not to promote dry skin, it does normally clear
up.
But like with most things in life, one persons dry skin
can be mild and the other persons can be very severe
indeed, for instance: |
| |
| - |
you
are finding that you are needing to scratch all
the time especially at night |
| - |
even
after using all the right products you are still
faces with dry skin |
| - |
the
skin is starting to crack |
| - |
the skin is peeling |
|
| |
If any
of the above describes your condition then you do have
a very bad case of dry skin and it will be in your interests
that you seek medical advice as quickly as possible.
Generally having skin that is dry is quite normal and
quite common too. But there will be times when our body
is warning us that there is something not quite right
and that it needs help in order to heal itself correctly.
One of the first symptoms to appear with diabetes is
actually dry skin, so you should seek medical attention
in order to get a full and complete diagnosis. |
