Hair |

Do
you want to look more beautiful? Start with having
a good and beautiful hair. Surely, the hair is everyone’s
crowning glory. The quality and beauty of hair are
factors that usually influence the overall appearance
and appeal of the hair. If you already are , it would be helpful if you would
follow the following simple techniques on how to treat
dry hair naturally and effectively. |
| |
| 1. |
It
is healthy and hygienic to take a bath everyday,
but experts advise you to limit your hair washing
activity to just about four times every week.
This would help restore and maintain natural
oil and lipids in the hair. When washing hair,
use a good and mild shampoo brand, plus a good
conditioner that could be applied after the
shampoo. Conditioners usually provide added
moisture to the hair, giving a natural solution
to the . |
| 2. |
Use
a natural and effective leave-on solution after
bathing or before going outdoors. Doing so would
help from the roots to the
ends. Safflower oil can be a good leave-on hair
application. Do so until the dry hair is ultimately
and apparently treated. |
3. |
Putting
oil to the hair occasionally would be a very
helpful practice. Doing so would help moisturize
the hair and give it artificial lipid-like protection.
In applying oil, do so in a mild manner. Wrap
the hair in towel or in a plastic wrap to help
retain the heat and essence from the oil. After
s few minutes, or hours, wash the hair with
room temperature water. Use shampoo and conditioners
and dry the hair. Coconut oil or jojoba oil
are very ideal for this activity. |
| 4. |
Choose
the best conditioners in the market. Before
buying a conditioner brand, check its label
and find any harsh ingredient that may be present.
Conditioners are important in making sure the
. The moisture level provided
by these hair products are also helpful in preventing
the onset of split ends, which is a clear manifestation
of dry hair. |
| 5. |
Avoid
heat. Using blow dryers to dry the hair after
washing is a common and standard practice, but
did you know that it could also result to adverse
effects to the hair? As a replacement to blow
drying the hair, why not simply pat it dry with
a clean and dry towel? In doing so, you are
not only helping treat your dry hair. You are
also saving a significant amount of electricity. |
| 6. |
Apply
mayonnaise to the hair. The practice is a simple
home remedy, but it has been proven to be an
effective dry hair treatment as well. Mayonnaise
can be a good hair conditioner. Find time to
spare to leave mayonnaise in the hair for at
least an hour. For busier people, 5 minutes
would do. Of course, do not forget to wash the
hair thoroughly after the activity or else it
would stink after some time. |
|
| |
There
you go. . There is no need
to spend a lot in hiring special services and investing
in complicated and costly dry hair treatment products.
