If people
are talking about that healthy glow then they instantly
think about the skin products that you are using. Yes
using the right products will help you it is only one
part of the equation. The real secret to having beautiful
skin in down to the foods that you eat.
You really are what you eat, so what you put in will
show on your skin. If you love your junk foods and eat
nothing else, then your skin will show this and so too
will your waist line. With a fantastic diet your skin
will glow for a very long time and you will need less
time standing in front of the mirror.
The most vital ingredient to any healthy diet is to
consume lots of water, and this should ideally be filtered
water. Drinking water will help to flush your system
and keep your body clear of any toxins. This alone can
help to keep your skin clear compared to other types
of treatments that can be very expensive.
One thing that is also important to note is that water
alone does not just touch the outer surface of the skin
like many treatments do. Water will clean from the inside
also, so all of the layers of the skin can be kept healthy.
A lack of toxin build up within the skin will make it
much healthier and clearer to look at.
The best way to eat, is to eat organic. Buy eating organic
foods you are putting less chemicals into your body
than compared to non-organic grown foods.
As part of your diet your should be eating lots of vegetables
and if you wish to cook these the best way is to steam
them. Steaming vegetables helps to protect the vital
vitamins that are contained within them whereas boiling
vegetables simply causes the vitamins to be lost in
the water. If you do boil vegetables, it is important
that you save the water, and either drink it once it
has cooled or to use it for making soup.
Also eat as much of the vegetables that you buy raw.
The best raw vegetables are of course carrots but carrots
contain a fibrous tissue which is very difficult for
the body to break down. By cooking the carrots for a
while, you breaking down this tissue and so allowing
the body to make use of the vitamin A that carrots contain.
Remember to eat a diet that consist of steamed vegetables
and lots of water and your skin will be very grateful. |
