Remedies for Dandruff |

Dandruff
is very common. That is why people who suffer from the
condition know it too well that they could easily emerge
from the problem. There are numerous hair care products
that are out in the market to specifically help people
get rid of dandruff. There are shampoos with special
and strong formulation that affect the effectiveness
of such products.
For some people, it would truly be a welcome delight
to know several home remedies that would certainly help
treat and eliminate the problem. Here are some of those
home and natural remedies. |
| |
| 1. |
Create a solution consisting of six and two teaspoons
of water and vinegar, respectively. Apply the
solution to the hair scalp more ideally at night
time before sleeping. Thus, you would leave the
solution to your hair and scalp for the whole
night. It would be advisable to keep a towel wrapped
around the head overnight so that the effect would
be more concentrated. Rinse the head and clean
the hair and scalp out of vinegar first thing
in the morning. |
| 2. |
Mix some drops of almond oil and olive oil. The
resulting solution must be massaged into the hair
and scalp. Leave the solution at the hair until
five minutes prior to rinsing. |
| 3. |
Apply tea tree oil or Melaleuca oil to the skin
everyday, most probably after work. The oil has
been identified to help retain moisture and attractiveness
to the hair strands. |
| 4. |
Soak two spoons of Fenugreek seed. In the morning,
grind the softened seeds and combine with fine
paced outputs. Leave the solution at the strands
of the hair and to the scalp for about half an
hour. |
| 5. |
Henna is a special plant whose extracts are known
to effectively curtail dandruff. Aside from controlling
dandruff, the extract also promotes further hair
growth, making the hair appear shinier and feel
really softer to the touch. |
| 6. |
Pour two tablespoonfuls
of either dried or fresh rosemary into a gallon
of water. Let the mixture stand for at least 24
hours before starting to use it as a hair rinse
to be used everyday. |
| 7. |
Mix olive oil and root
of ginger very well. If the resulting mixture is
not good, there are other home remedies. If effective,
make it a habit to rinse it into the scalp regularly. |
|
| |
Other
than those home remedies, there are also practical prevention
measures that would help anyone get rid of or effectively
prevent formation of dandruff. For one, make sure to
wash and shampoo hair at least about three times every
week. Though, some people do the activity about twice
a day, in the morning before going to work, and in the
evening, when there are submissions and other responsible
taxes.
Do not use synthetic chemicals on the head. Hair coloring
and other modern hair products are widely spread. Monitor
your hair’s total care. It would also be helpful
if you would seek medical attention at once if there
is dry hair and the hereditary genes takes its toll.
