Cellulite Exists In Many Forms
by Louise Forrest

Cellulite is the last thing that women want to think about. Even though it is featured in most newspapers and magazines, there is still very little information about what and why it happens. We all know cellulite as cellulite, but that is not the end of it. There are other types and which type you have very much depends on your choice of lifestyle.

It is one of the most unattractive menaces to strike a women or even a man. But due to the positioning of fat within women and that women have thinner skin than men, cellulite is more prone within women that is it men. There are more than one type of cellulite and we look at these in turn

Hard cellulite – this appears on active women, such as athletes or tennis players. This is much harder to remove but on a much more positive note it is also very difficult to see as the cellulite is directly attached to the muscle

Soft cellulite – the big disadvantage here is that it is very visible to the naked eye and this tend to be the most common form of cellulite. As it is not attached directly to the muscle it often looks like the skin is sagging. It is the reason for poor muscle tone but it is easier to treat than compared to hard cellulite.

So once you have cellulite how on earth do you shift it?

There is no overnight cure for the removal of cellulite despite what some companies may actually tell you. But despite the scams there are real genuine products that can help make you skin a lot smoother and therefore reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Something that you may want to consider when trying to remove cellulite is massaging the skin as this actually helps to manipulate the muscles and this in turn helps with the circulation and in turn the lymphatic systems which will work to break down and remove any fatty tissue.

You can also try using a body brush to brush the affected areas of the skin prior to having a shower. This really does help to improve the circulation around the affected area and can really improve the appearance of your skin overall.

But the real solution is to just stay healthy and exercise on a regular basis. Make sure that your diet has a lot of water, fruit and nuts contained within it. And you really should try to avoid and if possible to cut out any smoking and caffeine from your lifestyle. Try a high fibre diet rather than a diet that is packed of sugar, fats and spices.

Exercise is very important and will improve the flow of blood within the body and this in turn will help with the removal of any waste and toxins from within the body.

It is highly likely that cellulite will affect you at some point during your lifetime and if so you should only consider using products that are natural and not those that are total scams. Follow the tips above and you should see a dramatic improvement in your skin and the appearance of your cellulite will be reduced.
