| Do You Hate Having
Cellulite? |
| by Louise Forrest |

Despite what you may
think, or have actually heard, is actually perfectly normal. It is not
an exception. It is usually is dimpled in appearance
and is often seen more in women than in men, which is
why there is such a fuss over this skin appearance.
It is not just the media that make claims that cellulite
is the end of the world for you and your confidence.
Many plastic surgeons make a song and dance, and display
the various procedures that they can perform in order
to make the areas of the affected and smooth once again.
As stated than in men and this is
also down to the fact that women’s skin is different
to a man’s skin. Such differences are the muscle
density and connective tissue. Also hormones do play
a part in the development of cellulite and how much
of it appears.
So families with a history of cellulite are more than
likely to pass this gene on.
It is quite common to see supplements or diets that
can instantly reduce the amount of cellulite on the
body. Such companies claim that their ingredients are
able to break down body fats and improve the circulation.
All of these claims are based without any actual scientific
proof or fact, so you are advised not to believe such
hype.
Simply put just use caution and a level of common sense
when seeing such gimmicks that are essentially trying
to rob you of your money. You should do your own research
especially into the companies that are making such claims.
If you are coming across companies that are making such
claims about certain ingredients then you need to research
that particular ingredient and actually determine where
it originates from and what its properties are. If you
cannot find anything about a certain ingredient(s),
it is more than likely that such an ingredient does
not actually exist, and again the hype is just to make
you part with your money. Always do your research first.
One simple way to help are body massages
and perhaps even body wraps. One good thing about such
treatment is that do not usually make any false claims
of eliminating any cellulite that you may have. The
only claim that will be valid is the appearance of the
cellulite to you. That is it. What you should also do
if going to a salon to have a treatment is to ask about
testimonials or even try to meet other clients that
have similar treatments for a certain duration. This
will tell if you going along to the salon will help
you or not.
Also massage treatments may also be able to help and
this can be done with machines that in order to help with improving the blood
flow. But regardless of what treatment you undertake
you need to remember that such treatments are only temporary
and are never permanent, so you may need to visit the
salon on a monthly basis or weekly if you can afford
to. |
