If you
have been suffering from acne for some time then this
is an answer that you would really appreciate. If you
can get a grasp as to what has caused your acne you
will be able to take positive action in stopping it
and perhaps getting rid of your acne for good.
If you are very concerned that the best thing that
you could do is to see your doctor. But people are
not always comfortable about seeing their doctor and
let us face it, to most people in the medical world,
acne is really a cosmetic condition and one that does
not actually affect the state of your overall health
as such.
This can be a real possibility and the best your
doctor will do for you is to provide you with some
medication and then send you on your way. But giving
you some form of medication still does not answer
the question as to what is giving you acne.
So in such cases you need to take matters in to your
own hands and to look at all the possible angles of
your lifestyle and see what you are doing that could
have triggered you to develop acne and other breakouts.
When you doing this you then need to be brave enough
to take the positive steps to actually get rid of
your acne. Small steps may be small and will not take
much effort and others could require a change in lifestyle
completely.
What are you eating?
If you constantly stuffing your face with junk food
then this is something that does need to stop. Although
there is no real link between what you eat and your
skin condition, having a poor diet is not going to
do your skin any favors at all. But a healthy diet
will help to get rid of any toxins that you have in
your body.
Are you stressed? There is some suggestions that
being stressed can lead to the outbreak of acne developing.
If you feel that you have been under a lot of stress
at the moment and this is having an effect on your
appearance then you need to take time out and to relax.
Ask yourself what could be causing this stress to
occur and then find a way that can be the situation
more bearable.
What about your hormones? Now the body produces a
lot of hormones and when this activity is high then
outbreaks of acne can develop. This is especially
so for people in their teenage years and also women
who are pregnant. If you are taking the pill then
this can interfere with the natural hormone cycle
and can also be accountable for the development of
acne. |
