It is
with regret to say that the only reason you are reading
this article is because you are currently suffering
from acne. You have clogged pores, there is inflammation
on the skin and other blemishes are also showing. If
you are able to know what caused your acne you will
have a much greater chance of keeping it under control.
Many people are looking for the next generation in
miracle treatments that will hopefully banish their
acne woes. But are any of these treatments actually
worth the money is acne something that you should
just sit and hope that it will heal itself and one
day go away.
Just what can you use that will help your acne and
more importantly will the products that you use really
contribute to making a difference to your overall
appearance?
A new idea that has just become available is the
antiseptic that is a liquid. Should you ever squeeze
a spot you are actually damaging the skin by doing
this, and potentially leaving the chance for a pot
mark to develop. But many people just cannot avoid
picking or squeezing despite what they actually know
already.
Sometimes a spot is just begging to be squeezed and
for the pus that is within the spot is begging to
be free. Should you pop a spot, you then apply this
antiseptic on the wound, which will fill in the hole
and then become hard. By doing this it prevents any
further infection and does actually promote healing
to the skin.
This sounds great don’t you think. But the
problem here is that this does not stop further spots
from happening and it does not help to heal the acne
that you have already. This is no more than a first
aid kit for the pimple that you have just squeezed.
But your real goal is to stop spots from happening
in the first place.
You also cannot use this on the spots you already
have as this will prevent the pore from breathing,
and since it is already a spot, it is clear that the
pore is clogged. This is a product only if you a popping
your spots, but for reasons already mentioned this
is something that you need to be avoiding in the first
place.
Another new product that has become available is
something that causes the bacteria within the spot
to destroy itself. Here you have a small device that
is heated and then placed on the skin itself.
It is this heat this is meant to cause the bacteria
to kill itself off and only a few uses of the device
are actually needed for this to happen.
This sound great but you consider that the product
costs $100 and above and it is claimed to be 90% effective
and killing off bacteria. Are you willing to gamble
to see if you fall into the other 10% for who this
product will not work for?
The best defense against stopping breakouts in the
first place is to make sure that you eat right and
took god amounts of exercise. |
