So, ! It is something that you
have always wanted to escape, but it has caught you
out. You are in no doubt frustrated and upset with what
has happened and are looking at a possible cure for
your acne. But why go to all that bother? You can just
look at what you have in your very own kitchen cabinets.
Generally people will look at what is available commercially
which is not a surprise given all the advertisements
for . But there are much easier
and cheaper ways to look after your skin. And such items
will include fruits and vegetables and other every day
items that you would have never have previously considered.
So let us take a look at how some common household items
can :
- Honey and cinnamon powder on your acne last thing
at night. Wash it off the next morning. Do this for
a couple of weeks and notice the difference in your
appearance
- Toothpaste on your acne at night before your go
to sleep. This might seem a little strange but just
try it and watch your skin glow
- Pulp tomatoes have a great affect on your skin.
Apply, leave for a while and wash off.
- A great way to help with any swelling of the skin
is the leaves from strawberries.
- Vinegar is a great antiseptic, so next time you
wash, pat dry your skin with balls of cotton wall
that have been soaked in vinegar
- Try some fenugreek leaves whilst you are sleeping and then simply
wash off the next morning.
- Get a few egg whites on your pimples and just leave
for 20 minutes or so and then wash away.
- Ground some sesame seeds into a paste with water
and then use it as a pack to heal skin. This is excellent
for skin that has become swollen.
- Another great fruit to use to help heal your skin
is orange peel that can be used as a face mask. Apply
to your skin for just 30 minutes and just see the
difference.
These are just a few simple treatments but you can see
that you are using everyday items that will help you
to without the need to go and buy commercially
available products. The list above is natural, simple
and you know what you are applying to your delicate
face.
What could be better than straight from your
kitchen? Even acne treatment products that claim to
contain natural ingredients can never be quite the same
as the stuff that comes right out of your kitchen. You
would surely agree with that!
You will need to repeat some of these treatments
more than once, but then again that would apply to
any medication or cream that you could buy. At least
here you have an affordable option – what can
be easier?
So the next time you develop a spot or have an outbreak
of acne, don’t reach for the first products
on the market shelf – start at home and you
will be amazed what you will find that can help you.
